And the land is defiled: therefore I do visit the iniquity thereof upon it, and the land itself vomiteth out her inhabitants. –Leviticus 18:25

Blessed be God, which hath not turned away my prayer, nor His mercy from me. –Psalms 66:20

Praying the world will read God's Word for themselves, and not rely on what someone else tells them His Word says or means.

  1. Ooh. A scripture with teeth for Monday! ;) I love that it’s accompanied by a reminder of His mercy. A friend kept receiving the story of Jonah, which reminds me of both these scriptures. Jonah was really wanting god to punish some ‘bad’ people and God was all; sleep in this fish and think about what you’ve done. I’m a god of love and mercy. Margaret I hope I never have to sleep in a fish. Happy Monday! 🐬❤️

    1. :):):) Dear E, you always make me smile :):) I pray you never have to sleep in a fish either, a real or proverbial one ;):) Blessings this week. I was reading your latest 2 blog post and wow! lots of good stuff in there. It always makes me want to type up a mile long comment. I have refrained today LOL. I’ve been so busy, if I get into that rabbit hole, I might get nothing else done today ;) Your artwork is beautiful, by the way :):)
