But as truly as I live, all the earth shall be filled with the glory of the LORD. –Numbers 14:21

I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress; my God; in Him will I trust. –Psalms 91:2

It is a good thing to give thanks unto the LORD, and to sing praises unto Thy name, O most High: –Psalms 92:1

Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying. –Romans 13:13

Praying the world will read God's Word for themselves, and not rely on what someone else tells them His Word says or means.

    1. I was thinking the same thing Jo Ann, and another reminder that we haven’t changed that much since the days of the Bible. Another reminder that if people studied their Bibles we will see the mistakes of our past, or we will keep making them. There is a saying about that, isn’t it? Something like if we don’t know our history we are doomed to repeat it. There isn’t any thing, we see or do, daily, that the Bible tells us about. ;):)

      1. Amen! As I have been teaching through the minor prophets, we have certainly seen many of the same issues! What I see in our nation is that people don’t care about what has gone on before. They think we are forging new paths. But in reality they’re just repeating the same old sins.
