Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares. — Hebrews 13:2

Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for He hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. — Hebrews 13:5

Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines. For it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace; not with meats, which have not profited them that have been occupied therein. — Hebrews 13:9

Praying the world will read God's Word for themselves, and not rely on what someone else tells them His Word says or means.

    1. Isn’t that the truth. I love that verse. It was the first one my son, as an adult, asked me about. I bought a nice older lady some cookies this weekend. I thought she would be gone by the time I got out of the restroom. She had waited there to ask me why. I told her because it made me happy, and I said thank you for letting me buy you some cookies :):) She hugged my neck and said, “you’ve made my day.” Now, she could have been the richest woman in the state for all I know, and I don’t know why I told the young lady behind the counter, “here put this on towards whatever she is getting.” It fell out of my mouth before I even realized I said it. But I tell you after she hugged me, and told me what she did, the rest of my 8 hour drive, I was overwhelmed with gratitude, and thankfulness for God. As I drove, all the wonderful things God has done for me, all through my life just flooded over me. I was crying, thanking Him. Buying her those cookies turned out to be a blessing for me that is for sure. Then here comes this verse :):):) Well, if that wasn’t the longest reply ever hehehe.
