3 Things About Me:

  1. I’d rather be home than any other place in the world.
  2. I recently found out 2 things about my health. I was having bouts of exhaustion that would be so bad, that I could barely think or put a sentence together, much less do physical activities. After going to my doctor he said, “Are you happy? Me, “yes”. My doctor says, “Good because you are going to live forever. You have the bloodwork of a teenager.” Praise God.  So, then what’s wrong with me? He said that my immune system is in overdrive trying to kill a dormant virus that everyone has, well almost everyone. The actual number was 95% of the population. Mine is dormant too but for some reason my immune system is trying to kill this thing, with a vengeance, as indicated by the number of antibodies it is producing. Praise God because He is giving me the strength to get through this.
  3. I don’t like owing money. If I want something I save for it.

Cindy’s questions and my answers are:

  1. If money was no object, what would you do all day? The same thing I do now :) God had blessed me, and I am content :):)
  2. Aside from necessities, what one thing could you not go a day without? My Bible
  3. Who would you want to play you in a movie of your life? Wow, that would be a snoozefest of a movie, but I’ll say Angelina Jolie
  4. What are your 2018 goals? To be the person God wants me to be :)
  5. Who is your favorite musical band? It’s hard to pick just one. So, I’ll throw out the one singing the last song I was listening to: Creed

My Nominees:
-Any one who wants to participate.

My question, as always, there’s just one:
If today was your last day on earth, how would you spend it?

I again want to thank Cindy at Chronic Pain with a Higher Perspective for nominating me.

I ask God to bless you :)

  1. I’m the same with money – Debt is something I’m incredibly uncomfortable with and I don’t want to be in anyone’s debt, be that a friend, a shop or a bank. Don’t spend what you can’t afford is a way of life I was bought up on (though of course there are occasions and examples where this isn’t possible) so I try to stick to it as best I can. Congrats on the award! :)

    1. You said it perfectly Caz. Yes, somethings like autos, or homes it is necessary. I was blessed to be able to pay my house off a few years after we purchased it, so we only had to pay the bank for those few years. The car is being paid for. But credit cards, loans for other “wants” is not allowed :):) Thank you Caz :):) It’s always good to see, and hear from you. Your encouragement is always appreciated :):):) LORD, thank You for blessing Caz :):)

  2. Thank God for your health! I don’t like owing money at all. And Angelina Jolie you say? I’ll watch it. 😄I just hope TC is the co-star! I’ve been trying to get those two to star in a movie together for years! Oh my, I can’t remember when was the last time I heard Creed!

      1. That would’ve been the ultimate pairing seeing that both of them likes to do their own stunts. Now, I don’t really bother. 😄 Creed started off well in the industry, but eventually they sold out and not all of their songs are about God as they claim.

      2. I agree, and they both have a wonderful screen personality. Maybe one day they will do something together :):)

That always seems to happen doesn’t it? Start out great, sell out, and then they tank. I don’t know about their later stuff. The only album of theirs that I have, and listen to is Human Clay. I didn’t know they really did anything before or after Human Clay hahaha. But I did googol it, and apparently they have other albums :):):)

      3. I liked Human Clay. My all-time favorite song of theirs was Arms Wide Open. It’s too bad the front singer is now doing hard rock and calling heaven an illusion for he had a great voice.

  3. Congratulations, you really deserve this. Just visited Cindy’s blog and you are right, it’s a good one. I will keep you both in my prayers for better health. Loved your answers and especially your one question. How would I spend my last day on earth, like every day I spend now…being understanding, trying to be as kind as possible, and around my family because to me everyday is a gift from God and in that day he gives us little gifts throughout it if only we pay attention that is. I tell my son that some people see things a different way because it is like they have God glasses on, and some people just don’t have those glasses yet but once they do, then they too will see just how wonderful the world can be.

    1. That is the most beautiful thing, God glasses. :):):) I pray everyone finds their God glasses. The way you would spend your last day sounds like the best day ever, and since you do this every day, then you have the best days now too :):) I thank God for blessing you :):)

    1. Thank you Sophie :):):) Yes, I’ve been joking I have a doctor’s note to be lazy hahaha. He said there’s really nothing that can be done. He said on the days I feel good, do everything I want. On the days I am exhausted, do nothing. My reply was, I get to be lazy? He said, as lazy as you want :):):)
