Grace over at Following Him Beside Still Waters has nominated me for the Sunshine Blogger Award. Grace is one of the sweetest bloggers you will ever meet. 1. Oh my, all those kind words… **blushes** Thank you! <3

Fried Green Tomatoes – never heard of it. I looked it up and it looks like a good one. :) The title makes me hungry, even though I'm not sure if I would like fried green tomatoes.

Ah, Charlotte's Web! I want to reread that one again someday, but it was so sad that I've been putting it off.

Those three things are the best three things ever. :)

Oatmeal cookies – now I really am getting hungry. 😄

"If you have time to worry, you have time to pray." That might have to become my new motto.

"Have you thanked God for at least one thing today?" Yes – I woke up today. :) God is good! <3 That might sound like an odd thing to be thankful for, but He didn't have to show mercy by waking me up each morning, so I'm thankful for that. :)

    1. Awwww, not kind just being honest :):)

I wasn’t sure I’d like fried green tomatoes either but they are good, and so is the movie. I hope you liked it as much as I did.

I saw that quote about worrying on a sign at a church, and it stuck with me :):)

Yes, Amen Grace, another day He wakes you is a gift, and another day He has great things planned for you :):)

      1. 😊 <3

I hope I get to try them someday! And see the movie someday. :)

I like church signs – they have some really neat quotes sometimes.

Amen!! :) Yes, not just is another day a gift, but the present is a gift! (Bad pun, sorry. 😅)

      1. :):):):):):) Good, I have been smiling all day. God really has blessed me with wordpress. We are so fortunate to have so many brothers and sisters that make us smile. But you my dear Sister are the cherry on top of the pie :):):) Of course for some reason wordpress today is only loading about 5 post on my reader, and I know more than 5 people have made a post hahaha. Hopefully it will be working better tomorrow :):) I miss all the nourishment, and joy God gives me through others blogs. Especially yours :):):)

      2. He certainly has blessed His children! I am grateful for every single one of them. My face is hurting from smiling. 😃I love & appreciate your blog so much! 💙 The reader can be a pain sometimes so I’ve stopped depending on it. I go straight to the blog now. But for you, I hope it’ll work better soon! 💙

      3. I use to always go to everyone’s blog, when I first started blogging. But where we live, internet is crappy, and that is putting it as nicely as I can. To load actual blog pages takes a few minutes, if it will load at all. So, I found the reader, and it loads the post up. I guess it doesn’t have all the “extra” stuff. Maybe because it’s in a simple format(I’m guessing on that one:)) So, my internet can handle it. Videos are the worst. That’s why I couldn’t “like” your youtube favs because I couldn’t SEE them hahaha. Videos are a 50%50 shot :):):) But if the LORD wants me to read the post He will find a way, show me the way. Thats what He did today. Went to the “follow sites” tab, clicked “manage” tab. Then I could click on the names, and it would load up all their posts in the reader just fine :):) He knew I needed it, all the posts that I would have missed, and once again NEEDED, I got to see. God is amazing, and His LOVE is so obvious, every where.

      4. Amen! God is amazing all the time and don’t worry about not getting to like my YouTube faves. I’m glad you still have internet even if it’s crappy. 😉

  2. Congrats on the award! Fried Green Tomatoes is one I hadn’t come across before but IMDB tells me others think quite highly of it too, and I like Kathy Bates so I’ll add it to my to-watch list :)

    1. I can’t wait for you to see it :):) I hope you like is as much as I do. If it is playing, I watch it, and I even have on my DVR hahaha but will still watch it if it’s on a channel. It has everything. Make you laugh, make you cry, and keeps you on the edge of your seat :):)

    1. Thank you dear E. You always make me smile :):):) Work pfft, I know it has to be done, but does it have to eat into “our” time hahaha :):):) My week was good, busy, and jumping in feet first this week too. I pray yours was full of blessings, on top of all that work :):) It’s always such a blessing to see you :):)

    1. Anything that resembles kindness out of me is God. So, if anyone says they need a sign, you can tell them you saw one :):):) I do appreciate your generously sweet words about me. That is a blessing to me :):) Oh my yes, oatmeal cookies! I found a recipe online, so simple! Literally egg, butter, brown sugar, flour, vanilla, oats, and raisins are optional. I make them with and without them. Sometimes, I use cranberries, YUM. I thank God for continuing to bless you, your family, your chicks, Alley, and your little red house. All of which brings me great joy reading about :):):)
