Amen! Recently we went through a couple of chapters in John in church. It’s a wonderful and important book. This verse is one of my favorites in John. Verses 4:23-26 explain so much
“God is spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”
The woman said, “I know that Messiah” (called Christ) “is coming. When he comes, he will explain everything to us.”
Then Jesus declared, “I, the one speaking to you—I am he.” John 4:24-26
Each verse alone is so powerful. Thank you for posting verse 23. I haven’t looked at John 4 for a couple of months, and I definitely should again!
