3. 2. 1 Quote Me challenge

Kammie a.k.a Mamma Squirrel, over at Nut House Central nominated me for this 3.2.1. Quote Me Challenge. I still crack up at her blog address Nut House Central, only because I feel like I was raised and still reside there on most days :)

If you don’t know Mamma Squirrel, what are you waiting for? Kammie writes about real life, God, and everything in between. And pictures, wow, Kammie takes some amazing pictures that will bring you joy. Ok, enough about Mamma Squirrel, on to the challenge. I was a dunce and thought there were 3 quotes to this but there are only 2 quotes :)

Rules: 3.2.1 Quote Me!
• Thank the Selector
• Post 2 quotes for the dedicated Topic of the Day.
• Select 3 bloggers to take part in ‘3.2.1 Quote Me!’

The topic I was given is GROWTH.

“Doest thou well to be angry?”
the LORD  (from Jonah 4:4)

Yep, there’s a lot of growth in that for me. I spent a lot of my life being angry. What did it get me? Nothing. It keeps you stuck in a circle to nowhere. Anger is nothing but a killer of all that can be good in our lives. Life is meant to be enjoyed. Do you think God wants you to be angry, miserable, and sad? Or does our loving Almighty God want us to be joyful, blessed, and happy? Smother out all the anger in you life, and let the Son shine in :)

“…Behold, the fear of the LORD, that is wisdom; and to depart from evil is understanding.” The LORD (from Job 28:28)

There you have it. There’s not many bigger leaps of growth than wisdom, and understanding. Everyone is always looking to be wise, and to understand. God has laid it out right here. Fear Him, that is wisdom. And if you depart from evil then you have understanding. I am still working on achieving understanding :) With God’s help it is possible.

Sorry Kammie, I didn’t have pretty pictures to post with thosthos then again when the Good LORD speaks, it really doesn’t need anything else :)

As always, I nominate anyone who wants to participate.

Thanks again Mamma Squirrel for thinking about me :)

LORD, thank You for blessing everyone who is reading this :):)
