For a day in Thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness. — Psalms 84:10

For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will He withhold from them that walk uprightly. — Psalms 84:11

O LORD of hosts, blessed is the man that trusteth in Thee. — Psalms 84:12

What is all the arguing about?

If it’s not Who is Jesus to you, then what is it about? Even then we shouldn’t be arguing about Jesus :)

“…Whom do men say that I am?” Mark 8:27 “And he saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am?” Mark 8:29

Other than that we are divided.

“And if a house be divided against itself, that house cannot stand.” Mark 3:25

As long as Jesus is their Saviour. The Son of the Living God. A final sacrifice for our souls. Raised from the dead by our Almighty God. If we believe and confess that with our mouths then it is end of debate.

“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.” Romans 10:9-10

God will work out the rest. Just talk about Jesus. His Love. His sacrifice. His Words, guidance, directions.

If the Good Word turns to the levels of the Sadducees and Pharisees then back to what?

Who is Jesus :) Back to the path of conversation of His miracles, wisdom, love, and on and on.

Try conversations full of praising God. Surely we wouldn’t find ways to fight about praising God. So, maybe stick to that.

Praising Him for all He does, and will do. Praises of His Love. He gives them freely everyday. Even in the center of the worst storms. There it sits like a light in the distance a beautiful blessing to help get us through. Praise it. Give God the glory. Praise Him for  that blessing He has so lovingly given to you.

Just what you needed. Have you seen anyone say that today?

They are always right there.

What is the arguing about anyway. Theologies, isms, whatever.

“Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.” Colossians 2:8

Man made creations that can be corrupted because there is flesh involved.

“Every way of a man is right in his own eyes: but the Lord pondereth the hearts.” Proverbs 21:2

“..for the imagination of man’s heart is evil from his youth…” Genesis 8:21

“And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.” Genesis 6:5

That was from the beginning. We haven’t changed much so all these man arguments, theologies, ism’s or whatever it’s called are doing nothing but dividing the house of God.

It is a  free gift for us.

“For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” Romans 6:23

“ For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.” Romans 1:16

Bought and paid for.

“For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s.” 1 Corinthians 6:20

“What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?” 1 Corinthians 6:19

It is for all of us. Not for who we think but who God thinks.

“….for the Lord seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart.” 1 Samuel 16:7

His Word says that is every one.

“The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.” 2 Peter 3:9

So persecute them with Thy tempest, and make them afraid with Thy storm. — Psalms 83:15

Fill their faces with shame; that they may seek Thy name, O LORD. — Psalms 83:16

That men may know that Thou, whose name alone is JEHOVAH, art the most high over the earth. — Psalms 83:18

For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. — Romans 10:13

For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. — Romans 8:14

He that spared not His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with him also freely give us all things? — Romans 8:32

Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into His death? — Romans 6:3

Therefore we are buried with Him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. — Romans 6:4

For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of His Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by His life. — Romans 5:10
