Cause me to hear Thy lovingkindness in the morning; for in Thee do I trust: cause me to know the way wherein I should walk; for I lift up my soul unto Thee. — Psalms 143:8

Teach me to do Thy will; for Thou art my God: Thy spirit is good; lead me into the land of uprightness. — Psalms 143:10

Praying the world will read God's Word for themselves, and not rely on what someone else tells them His Word says or means.

  1. I often look into the Psalms for comfort and encouragement. David was never far from His God and we all need to stop and commune with God much more than we do. Hi Margaret – hope your days are happy and bright.

    1. You are so right Peggy. On both counts. I have been thinking about how much time do I spend with God. First thought was, all day of course. But how much of that time is really being spent with Him. Am I with HIm but leaning more on myself? It’s one of those moments where I think will I be 100 years old still leaning on me, when I know better :) :) What you said confirms and reinforces that I need to do it more of what these verses are saying. :) Thank you Sister for you wonderful insight :) My days are busy and zooming by, your comment reminded me again why that is, and how to get it back right :)

      1. Always nice to connect with you Margaret. Enjoyed your comments. God is always in my thoughts – nature makes me think of God constantly. Our preacher said the other day – “God knows if you truly love Him and His Son.” Well I do and I know God knows everything.
