And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand forever. — Daniel 2:44
Forever! Hallelujah!

Praise the LORD and He put it here for you to enjoy again. I love how that happens :) I also love reading in the Old Testament and seeing how God was already promising us the coming of our Saviour :)

Yes, the Old Testament has so many wonderful scriptures yet many like to think that it’s not that necessary and like to bypass it, going straight to the New Testament.

The Old Testament shows us so many times that we haven’t changed that much, The promise of our Saviour, and gives us an appreciation of that salvation. Because in the Old Testament God didn’t play. There was punishment, no Mediator. It is a very, very important part that should be read. :)

I know what you mean :) I was missing the beach reading your post the other day. Its so warm back home, and the day prior to you posting about the weather we woke up to snow. I mean really, the past few years back there on the coast it was snow, ice, and nor’easters. I come to Texas, and it’s snowing! Hahaha. I am happy though that one of us is having nice warm weather :)

Burr!! It’s funny because growing up we’d be wearing t shirts and shorts at christmas, and it wouldn’t get cold until February. We’d get a cold snap right around November that didn’t last long. Then it was nice until February. The past few years though its been cold, cold, cold all winter.
