And the LORD said unto him, Who hath made man’s mouth? or who maketh the dumb, or deaf, or the seeing, or the blind? have not I the LORD? — Exodus 4:11

The sad thing about our world today is that people have worked so hard to remove the Lord from everything that they are now ignorant of His total and complete sovereignty. After all, He who formed us and created the world, and keeps a watchful eye over all that is happening in universe that HE fashioned can immediately and decisively intervene in the affairs of men… we just forget to ask Him (or prefer not to, preferring to do things our own way).

I couldn’t agree more :) There are so many verses to that warn us of what happens when we remove, or try to remove God from everything. It never ends well for us. We are seeing that first hand at ever turn, daily. It always ends with us turning to Him or we will see no end to the suffering.

There, in one paragraph, you have summed up all that ails our world at present as well as the history of humankind since the days of Genesis 1. Well said, and thank you! 👏🏾

God is speaking to Moses to trust Him.
Shouldn’t we do the same? Shouldn’t we give the navigation of our ramshackle ship in the steady Hands of the LORD?

Yes we should. I am not the one to be talking though because I will jump right out there on my own all the time as if God hasn’t proved to me over and over that it is fruitless.
